Store chilled in ice or refrigerator (0-50C). Consume within 2-3 days. Do not freeze.
Check if any remaining bones, running finger along the middle of the fillet, and remove with pliers or tweezers. Roast, bake, broil, grill or pan-fry skin-side down after rubbing with a little olive oil and sprinkling with salt and pepper. Or poach or steam.
