Keep well chilled. Store in ice or refrigerator (0-30C). Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not exceed the expiry date. Do not freeze.
Ready-to-eat. Serve chilled on a dish with small fork. On bagels with cream cheese, red onion, tomato and capers. On crackers with crème fraiche, and sliced pickles, fresh cucumber, or tomatoes. Add to softly scramble eggs.
